Oliver studied Business Administration with a focus on strategy and organizational development at the University of Munich and Carlos III, Madrid.

 

Furthermore he trained in systemic coaching and is certified in NLP. He also is acredited for the MBTI (Myer-Briggs Type Indicator).

For the last 8 years Oliver has been working as a business coach and trainer in the area of organizational change: assisting strategy processes and re-organisation projects, improving team development and coaching people to be more efficient in their work-lives.
